About the Founder:
Srini is a seasoned Human Resource Leader turned entrepreneur with more than 23 years of experience, who has led and established large teams, employee strategies, and greenfield businesses in large global corporations. He comes with extensive experience across industries and geographies, with his hardcore expertise focused on Organization Transformation and People strategy. During his 22 years of work journey, he has done deep work with the best of minds from academia and collaborated with leading Top Technical and Business Universities Globally. A university rank holder in his Masters in Social Work. Advanced Business Leadership from Singapore Management University and Centre for Creative Leadership, USA. He is a certified psychological aid provider from John Hopkins University, USA. Graduated in Finance from the University of Madras.
